Our mission

Lillehammer Olympic Legacy Sports Centre`s aim is to share winter sports competence. We will offer the best opportunities for development to targeted young athletes, coaches and sport leaders from around the world.

The foundation of Lillehammer Olympic Legacy Sports Centre (LOLSC), is to share the legacy and competence built up inside winter sport in the Lillehammer region after hosting the Olympic Winter Games in 1994 and the Youth Olympic Winter Games in 2016.The center is a testament to the long-lasting impact of these two Olympic events in this region and Norway as a country. The center should be a center of expertise inside winter sports. Our main goal is to share this competence and give the best opportunities for development to targeted young athletes, coaches and sport leaders from around the world. We will have emphasis on countries without the same resources and knowhow as Norway. We strive to help these young talents to train better, lead better and share it with the world.
